Today, SSgt Wuterich’s counsel [Familiar disclosure:  I'm one of those counsel] filed a reply to the Solicitor General’s opposition to cert.  I’ve posted the reply here.  The case has been distributed for the 29 September conference.  So we’ll likely hear whether cert has been denied or granted on 5 October.
