    I think the 2 part series in the LA Times (link below)captured the problematic nature of this injustice more than Phillips did. Phillips is naturally biased towards his client (Warner) and had a few facts wrong. This Brady violation and due process claim ought to be a good battle at the Army Appellate level.

    I also believe there is also issue with one of the jury instructions and prosecutorial misconduct in the closing argument.
