AFCCA audio
The Air Force Court recorded today’s oral argument in United States v. St Blanc. The court attempted to post the audio here, but the link doesn’t work. Some technological glitches are inevitable when making an innovation like this. The Air Force Court gets a huge BZ for posting audio of its arguments online. Now three of the military appellate courts post their arguments online (CAAF, NMCCA, AFCCA), while two don’t (CGCCA, ACCA).
Agree, but they haven’t updated the decisions since 18 August.
AFCCA’s server is serviced by another org so AFCCA has little control over fix. Clerk told me last time it took nearly 6 months to get it fixed. Maybe 2d time will be quicker?!
