For those that have not had a chance to hear the arguments in United States v. Campbell, No. 08-0660/NA, available here, I commend you to it primarily to hear a priceless line from Col Puleo (who argues the case for the government).  The line occurs soon after Col. Puleo begins, around minute 19:45.

Thanks to Col. Puleo, from this day forward the standard for UMC will be known, at least on this blog, as the “Quiznos Factors.”
