We’ve previously discussed various provisions in this fiscal year’s DOD Authorization Act.  Yesterday, the Senate passed the conference committee’s version of the bill, which had already been passed by the House.  The bill now goes to President Obama, who is expected to sign it.  Scuttlebutt is he’s likely to sign the bill on Wednesday.
