Senator Feinstein’s expanded cert amendment scrapped
NBM3 is reporting on his blog here that Senator Feinstein’s proposed amendment to the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2010 to expand the Supremes’ cert jurisidction over military justice cases won’t proceed to a vote. It sounds like it is considered not germane to the bill it seeks to amend. We previously discussed the amendment here.
