As NBM3 reports on his blog here, H.R. 569, the Equal Justice for Our Military Act, is one of three bills scheduled to be marked up by the full House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, starting at 1000.  A webcast of the markup session should be available here.  The bill would expand the Supreme Court’s certiorari jurisdiction to reach cases where CAAF denies a petition for review or denies relief in an extraordinary relief case.
