Bestowal of “Great” status
I’m asked to make presentations on military justice topics from time to time. And when I do, I often end up citing or discussing an article written by Judge Ham when she was on the TJAGLCS faculty or an opinion written by her during her time on ACCA. I shall henceforth refer to her as Judge Ham the Great. I only wish that more of her opinions would be published. ACCA hasn’t issued any published opnion since 27 October.
Judge Ham is probably the smartest person in the JAG Corps. A well deserved title.
