Chief Justice Roberts extends Loving’s cert deadline a second time
Chief Justice Roberts, who serves as what is essentially the military justice system’s Circuit Justice, has granted a second extension of Dwight Loving’s deadline for filing a cert petition challenging CAAF’s denial of his petition for a writ of mandamus. Loving v. United States. No. 09A481. The deadline is now 29 January 2010.
