This week at the Supremes:  For the moment, at least, there are two responses to military cert petitions due at the Supremes on Wednesday.  One is in Weston v. United States, No. 09-287, and the other in Wiechmann v. United States, No. 09-418.  We’ll keep an eye out to see if a further extension is granted in either case.  If not, we’ll post links as soon as we can get them.

This week in the military appellate courts:  There are no oral arguments scheduled at any of the five military appellate courts this week, but we’ll keep an eye out for CAAF opinions and published CCA opinions.
