SG’s brief in opposition to Wiechmann cert petition filed
The Supremes’ web site now indicates that the SG filed her brief in opposition to the cert petition in Wiechmann on Thursday. But the brief isn’t yet on the SG’s web site. We’ll continue to look for it and post a link once it’s up.
