U.S. moves to strike petitioner’s traverse in Gray habeas case
We previously noted the filing of the petitioner’s traverse in the capital habeas corpus proceedings in Gray v. Gray, No. 08-3289-RDR, in the U.S. District Court of the District of Kansas.
On Monday, the Respondent (essentially the United States) moved to strike the traverse. We’ve posted the motion here. The traverse is available here.
