The Washington Post reports here about yesterday’s unsealing of records from the now-dismissed prosecution of five Blackwater security guards for the 2007 shootings at Baghdad’s Nisour Square.  (The Post appears to routinely report the number of dead as 14, while I’ve seen other news organizations use the number 17.)

The article’s final sentence states, “The Justice Department has not disclosed whether it will appeal the ruling” dismissing the charges.  As we’ve previously noted, the Iraqi government has urged the U.S. government to appeal.
