As a result of Judge Boyle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina scheduling a hearing on 26 February on Master Sergeant (Ret.) Timothy Hennis’s challenge to the jurisdiction of the court-martial trying him, the start of the court-martial has been pushed back a day.  As an XVIII Airborne Corps press release announces, an Article 39(a) session in the case is scheduled for 1 March and member selection is now scheduled to begin on 2 March, a day later than originally planned.  The XVIII Airborne Corps has also posted a fact sheet on Article 3 of the UCMJ here, but I can’t get it to open.
