Thanks for the info.  Informative, but not really persuasive of how it happened.  Call me crazy, but in a case that has been tried capitally twice (resulting in one reversal on appeal for gov&#039;t error and one acquittal), where if it goes awry this time after jeopardy has attached means the end of every possible road to prosecution, I&#039;d probably make sure I dot my &quot;i&quot;s, my &quot;j&quot;s, and, oh yeah, make sure my members were conflict free.  Again, feel free to call me crazy.</description>
