Tomorrow at 1400, AFCCA will be holding a Project Outreach argument at Suffolk University Law School.  The issue to be argued in United States v. Kane is:  “WHETHER THE SENTENCE SHOULD BE SET ASIDE BECAUSE THE MILITARY JUDGE ADMITTED PROSECUTION EXHIBIT 4 WHICH CONTAINED EVIDENCE OF UNCHARGED MISCONDUCT AND TRIAL COUNSEL ARGUED ITS USE FOR AN IMPERMISSIBLE PURPOSE.”

  1. Suffolk says:

Oh Suffolk, by far the best-ranked law school of the unranked law schools.

  2. Zachary Spilman says:

Heck yeah it is, even if it was banished to the 4th tier the day I was admitted.
