ACCA has posted a published opinion here. United States v. Trigueros, __ M.J. ___, No. ARMY 20070754 (A. Ct. Crim. App. March 29, 2010). From a quick scan of the case it appears that ACCA holds that the military judge didn’t err by denying a mistrial due to the trial counsel failing to provide discovery to the defense.
