The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit summarily denied Timothy Hennis’s request to stop his court-martial pending the Fourth Circuit’s consideration of his argument that the court-martial has no jurisdiction to try him.  Hennis v. Hemlick, No. 10-6400 (4th Cir. Apr. 1, 2010).  Judge Davis entered the order denying injunctive relief.  Chief Judge Traxler and Judge Wilkinson concurred.
