4th Circuit denies injunctive relief in Hennis
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit summarily denied Timothy Hennis’s request to stop his court-martial pending the Fourth Circuit’s consideration of his argument that the court-martial has no jurisdiction to try him. Hennis v. Hemlick, No. 10-6400 (4th Cir. Apr. 1, 2010). Judge Davis entered the order denying injunctive relief. Chief Judge Traxler and Judge Wilkinson concurred.


Thus, he contends these cases, along with Hirshberg, apply.
