Except for a couple of brief periods, CAAF’s website has been down today.  So I’m not sure whether CAAF issued anything interesting today.

Could it have something to do with being named one of the worst government websites? According to fastcompany.com, “[T]he US Court of Appeals site for the Armed Forces sums up most abandoned or ancient-feeling government Web sites. Featuring bland tan tables, cheesy animated-GIFs, standard blue hyperlinks, and terribly shaded images, this unusable Web design represents everything we must ban the government from creating or continuing to host.” Full list at http://www.fastcompany.com/pics/best-and-worst-government-web-design

  2. Phil Cave says:

But it’s hosted by the USAF is it not? And AFCCA is down as well is it not?

  3. Nancy Truax says:

And the BCMR sites hosted by the Air Force were also down…

  4. JimmyMac says:

Really tempted to say something offensive like, “You can track USAF web site outages by checking tee times at Andrews AFB Country Club” but I will resist….

  5. Ama Goste says:

Isn’t the website controlled by the good folks at Maxwell AFB, not Andrews?
