NIMJ blog reports the death of Judge Matthew J. Perry, who served on CMA from 1976 to 1979, when he left the court to sit on the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.  He was 89.  He was appointed to CMA by President Ford and then appointed to the United States District Court by President Carter.
