Waco Judge Finds Probable Cause For Alleged Ft. Hood Plotter’s Charges
The Austin American-statesman reports here that a Waco federal judge found probable cause for some of the charges against PFC Nasser Abdo. The Statesman reports that a grand jury will hear evidence and could return an indictment on Tuesday, Aug. 9th. No word on military justice involvement or combining the child pornography charges with these allegations.
