    For those of you who have read the CAAF Supp, it mentions a letter from a David Bellavia in the context of Hutchins’ sentencing case.  Then Army SSG Bellavia received the Silver Star for “conspicuous gallantry and intrepidy in action” during the second battle of Al Fallujah, Iraq in 2004.  He was nominated for the MoH.  His citation for the Silver Star is here:  http://militarytimes.com/citations-medals-awards/recipient.php?recipientid=3836

    Perhaps that’s mentioned in the letter that’s in the record — if not, I hope it makes it there.
