JBLM Courts Update

And here is an update on the Russell and Bales courts-martial from a few weeks ago that I missed.  Featuring two NIMJ stalwarts, Prof. Gene Fidell and Prof. Gary Solis.   The Bales case is stalled pre-Art. 32 hearing after a sanity board was held and the DC is now reviewing evidence.  The Russell case (accused of shooting US servicemembers outside a mental health clinic in Iraq) is still potentially heading to a capital court-martial.
