I guess my biggest gripe with all of this is…if Partington is disbarred for allegedly misrepresenting facts in his appellate brief, where is the Rules counsel complaint for the OMC lawyer who lied about Inspire Magazine getting inside the camps?

I mean, yes…candor to the tribunal always but IMHO, fudging facts to benefit your client is much less egregious than a government attorney lying on the record to justify invasions in AC privilege…
