This week at SCOTUS: I’m not aware of any military justice developments at the Supreme Court. There are three active petitions in military justice cases:

- Ali v. United States, No. __-____ (not yet updated on the Court’s website)
- Brown v. Gray, No. 12-7257 (distributed for conference on January 4)
This week at CAAF: The next scheduled oral argument at CAAF is on January 22, 2013.
This week at the ACCA: The next scheduled oral argument at the Army CCA is on January 31, 2013.
This week at the AFCCA: The Air Force CCA will hear oral argument in United States v. Finch this week, on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at 10:00 am. No further information is available on the court’s website.
This week at the CGCCA: The Coast Guard Trial Docket shows no pending cases at the Coast Guard CCA.
This week at the NMCCA: The next scheduled oral argument at the Navy-Marine Corps CCA is on January 9, 2013.
