No ruling on Stein v. Dowling motion to dismiss
As we previously noted, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California today held a hearing on DOJ’s motion to dismiss the case of Gary Stein, the former Marine challenging his OTH imposed for, among other bases, comments he posted on a Facebook page about whether he would follow President Obama’s orders.
