The Fourth Circuit today rescheduled the Cioca v. Rumsfeld argument, previously scheduled for 22 March at Washington and Lee University’s law school.  The argument has tentatively been moved to the week of 14-17 May, which also happens to be a CAAF oral argument week.  So plans for the Lexington road trip are off and plans for a Richmond road trip are dependent on which cases CAAF schedules for 14 and 15 May.

  1. John O'Connor says:

I also have a case that is being argued in the 4th Circuit in the May 14-17 window.  I’m not arguing but I am sure I will go.  Maybe I’ll get lucky and the Cioca case will come right before or after my case.
