as military music is to music.
The WSJ has two op-eds on the recently released [a white paper] describing the President’s legal authority to order drone strikes. Because a subscription is required, the best I can tell former AG Michael Mukasey and Council on Foreign Relations head Richard Haass are critical of the recently released [white paper]. I’ll try to link to it if the op-eds come out from behind the subscription wall later today.
