The Silver CAAF Tongue Award, while lacking physical manifestation, is a life-changing honor bestowed upon the counsel who argued the most cases at CAAF during the term. Past winners can be seen here.

The 2014 Term winner is Captain Thomas J. Alford of the Air Force Appellate Government division, who argued an impressive six cases (Buford, Torres, Piolunek, McIntosh, Katso, and Plant).

Of those six cases, the Government won five.

Congratulations to Captain Alford!
