    I believe a cert petition in United States v. Katso (or Katso v. United States now…) was filed with SCOTUS last week.

    This is the second oral argument in Richards.  Post DuBay, the Court is revisiting the allegation (now with more facts) that Appellant’s pretrial attorney committed IAC by discussing alleged confidential information with the prosecutor.
