I'm an active duty Navy judge advocate currently serving as Executive Officer of Naval Legal Service Office Northwest in Bremerton, Washington. Since I've received orders to the Navy-Marine Corps Trial Judiciary, I'll be on a blogging sabbatical until I am no longer performing judicial duties.
